Privacy Statement. We are committed to your privacy! The information given to TOPSPOT4U through this web site will neither be sold to or given to any parties that are not responsible for the sale of these products. Rest assured that your information is secure.
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal and we also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear). Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express is also accepted.
Shipping Time. Custom made scrub tops will be shipped out within 7 days of receiving payment, otherwise customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using USPS and UPS.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the postage carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the postage carrier to return and inspect the damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by the postage carrier.
Merchandise Defects. If a product appears to have a defect, e-mail us for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions.
Return Merchandise Policy. You have 15 days from the ship date to request a refund. You must email the refund request to CustomerService@TopSpot4U.com with "RETURN" in the subject field. The item must be returned with all original contents and original packaging.
Once a return is authorized, you should: Return the item to the address given to you, and keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.
We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all charges of shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
